We use a wide range of technologies to make process control systems by non-contact measurement technologies.
Our systems are used online process dimensional monitoring and closed loop control, inspection of components in line and off line in industries like wire, cable, fiber optics, glass, steel, rubber, plastic, hose, tube, pipe, automobile. Our systems offer many advantages over contact and other non-contact gauging systems.
Our technologies include Laser, NIR, X-Ray, Vision, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic and we use PLC, PXI and IPC platform to deliver the same. We have laser micrometer models capable to measure wire size from 5um diameter to 360 mm diameter with an accuracy starting from 0.01um. Laser technologies include scanning, diffraction and interferometry, projection and shadow measurement type using CCD, CMOS and other sensors.
Ultrasonic wall thickness equipments are meant for in-line measurement of hose and pipe wall thickness along with diameter, ovality and concentricity. Two closed loop controls are available for control of Vacuum and Haul-off or extruder speed.
Offline measurement equipments include bench top laser gauges with PC connectivity for data logging, library functions, gauge settings, SPC and Trending.
We also have non contact speed and length measurement systems based on laser doppler technology. And our laser special sensors are used for measurement of Distance, Thickness, Width, Level, Height and Shape in Steel industry.
